Job duties **This is a temporary and part time opportunity. 5 – 6 hours per day, 3 – 4 days per week. • Answer calls/customer service • Greet client/customer • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondences • Manage and maintain executives' schedules/schedule meetings • Make travel arrangement • Filling of documents • Purchasing of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment • Translation of documents (English/Japanese) • Assist in market research activities as needed • Occasional trips to the post office/FedEx in shipping documents • Occasional trips to the bank in making/receiving payments • Occasional trips to client sites’ in attending meeting/providing translation • Other administrative dues as needed
